First of all, the customer service I received for this order was IMPECCABLE and PERFECT. I hope Ivy gets a raise cause they deserve it.Secondly, I ordered this and the calf-high cowgirl boot in the same size 14 (which is already 1 size larger than my American size 13) -BUT- this ankle bootie fits SO tight and snug. It doesn't hurt my toes but it squeezes the bridge and heel of my foot and becomes extremely painful with extended wear.Third, it doesn't have a zipper so getting your foot in and out takes Herculean effort! So I wish I had ordered a 15 instead.Lastly, all and all, the shoes are SUPER cute and I really DO love them. I think if I make a few errands and sufficiently break them in, the way I did with the cowgirl boots, then they will fit a little better.If you buy these, I highly reccomend you order a size or two larger than you normally would.
